SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customers can check the status of their order on the USPS web site with the tracking number provided when shipped. The number is emailed to the customer at time of shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS 1st class.A tracking number will be emailed so you may follow your order. We ship in the United States only. Shipping days are M-F before 3pm, Sat. before 12pm.
CONDITIONS for returning an item that you decide you do not want:
- We will refund or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
- We will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges.
- If it is an error on our part, we will make additional adjustments.
- If you are returning clothing, it must be unworned and unwashed.
- All refunds will be made through Pay Pal.
- For a return authorization, contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
CONDITIONS for returning items that are damaged in shipping.
- We must be notified immediately of your receiving the item.
- The item must be returned within 10 business days of your receiving the item.
- The damaged item will be replaced in kind upon return. You will not be charged a new shipping fee.
